Preparing arrivals / departures

Upon notification of your arrival, we have your home prepared by the caretaker services, which we will decide with you:

• Opening the house, heating, cleaning, preparation of bedding and outdoor facilities, buying fresh produce, booking taxis, etc
• Preparing home services, according to your wishes, such as chefs, caterers, musicians, masseurs, etc
• When you lend or rent your villa or apartment, we organise reception, with a presentation of the property and the provision of a home booklet that we update (instructions for use of devices, points of vigilance, emergency numbers, documentation on tourist activities or sports in the region, etc)
• During departures, we organise cleaning, laundry, adjustment of cooling or heating devices, storage and protection of outdoor equipment; and the general tidiness of your property; we then send you a report.
