The Link Service Company has been operating for 10 years, and manages the properties of a loyal clientele, French and Foreign. These second homes are mainly villas and apartments.
We operate in the Alpes-Maritimes, and particularly around Cannes, Grasse, Valbonne, Nice and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat.
Because we live here, we understand the special features and, above all, we have developed a network of trusted professionals in all the fields needed for running and maintaining a residence: gardeners, pool specialists, heating engineers, plumbers, electricians, roofers, masons, etc.
Our team consists of professionals who have acquired great expertise as regards management, organisation, upkeep and services. We mobilise this experience to respond quickly and accurately to the personal requirements of owners, with confidence and discretion seven days a week.
